Legal Question in Family Law in California

Accused of DV Arrest when not true

Is there any cause that I can claim against my husband because he has stated in FL-320 that I was arrested for Domestic Violence. I WAS NOT. I was arrested for obstrusting and officer and false imprisonment because i would not move my vehicle from my driveway. the charge was dropped. How can he claim in legal paperwork that I was 1) arrested for DV when I was not and sign this paperwork to get out of paying me? He is violating my rights and slandering me...right?

Re: Accused of DV Arrest when not true

When you go to the hearing on the OSC deny that you were arrested for DV. You could also get a copy of the police report and take it to court. If you have an attorney consult with your attorney, or retain an attorney.
