Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I use an acknowledgement of Paternity to establish Paternity, then use it to add my husband's name to the Birth Cert. & then get my child's last name changed to my husbands last name? There is currently no father list, just a made up date of birth.

When people first said that President Obama was not a citizen, I laughed and said that was silly because he had a valid birth certificate. Now you are telling us that you have a false birth certificate, and that you want to make it even more false? Now I'm truly worried, and maybe should not have laughed about people saying President Obama is not a citizen.

I don't understand what it is that are you up to. Are you saying the birth certificate failed to list the father, who is your husband? Are you saying that the birth certificate does not list the biological father, and you want to fill in your husband's name, who was not the father?

This sounds like some kind of scam.
