i want to add my (daughtr) to a temp restrain order. i am her/the nfrm foster care mom.the restrain order is against her paternal father.who is in custudy for felony domestic violence against me .we are waiting for trial.he is a 3 strikes canidate.will family court judge add her to my restrain order?his parental rights have nt yet been cut. =thnku

Very likely, although without knowing the facts it is impossible to give you an accurate answer. But with a three strikes candidate, I'd think you have a good argument. I suggest you either submit a motion to add her to the current restraining order or you simply do another restraining order for her. If you are worried about the cost, for filing the order, request a fee waiver for the order. If you do not have an attorney, you can contact the family law facilitator's office in your local county and ask for their assistance with the order.
