Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I add supporting papers to my OSC?

I'm taking my ex back to court for a modification of my child custody/visitation, asking for more time w/ my daughter. My ex wife already sent in her response declaration. I am now adding more supporting papers for my case to help me. Do I need to file this with the courts, or just make sure I supply my ex wife w/ a copy 24 hrs in advance? Court is Friday! She's retained an atty, since she disagrees w/ the mediator...and she's going to testify in regards to her supporting papers. Also, will I get a chance to testify as well???

You can only reply if she brings forth requests for affirmative relief, then you may submit reply papers rebutting that relief. Otherwise most likely additional papers will be ignored.

As always, please consult an attorney in your area if you have further questions.
