Adjudication of Community Liabilities

The community consists of $60,000 on his c/c's & my 401K $19,000 He managed the finances I gave him money he paid the bills We had no joint credit,bank accts, my paycheck went to my account. The 5 tax returns total 1040 income =

My W-2 income His Sch C His Sch E

$140,000 $21,000 -$14,000

+19,000 (401K)

his total income was $7,000 Homes have equity growth of $200,000 He wants 1/2 my 401K He claims the credit was used for the benefit of the community They were bus expenses We go to court again in Feb for adjudication He burdened the community and kept his seperate property I gave him lump sums to pay him off and he used it to service min he claims I now owe him $45,000 on the debts incl interest I took a loan against my retirement plan at seperation to pay him my half of the bills The 401K is now valued at $110,000 I want him pay of his own bills he has his $200,000 in equity growth I want my 401K and $22,000 I've paid post seperation for his health and dental and bills could that happen?

Can you tell me my rights, things to look out for, any help in showing the judge it's not an easy story to tell

There is enough at stake here for you to hire a good attorney to represent you. This is not a case you should be trying to handle yourself.
