Adoption

Is it possible for a teen aged child to request to be adopted even if the natural father objects. I have been parenting my children for over ten years and they want to have my name legaly.The natural father is seriously in arrears with child support and has blocked attempts in the past.

Probably not. But you may be able to get a name change.
