Adult Child Rights
I am 33 years old and I want to know if I have any legal rights as an adult child in a paternity dispute? I would like to know if I can create a case against a man I think may be my father? Can I have this man take a paternity test to see if he is my biological father?

Interesting question. There is no statute saying you have the right to obtain a paternity test. You do not have a right to past support. However, it is possible, for medical reasons, that the court could order a paternity test. The court would have to weigh your right to obtain medical care against the alleged father's right to privacy. You would have to make a very persuasive case, to say the least.
