Adult Commitment

My daughter has been committed to a facility in CA. How can I get her out of there and with her mother and me in OH?

What was the reason for her commitment? You should be able to appeal to the agency and/or court that imposed the commitment as long as you have a reasonable alternate plan for her. Your facts are vague, so I'm not certain of this. I suggest you consult with an attorney who practices in the area of mental health and guardianships.
