Adultery

I would nned to know if a women who has commited adultery ( without concrete proof 0 can loose her rights to 50% of the assets of the couple at the divorce process .

California law is no fault. That is the court is not interested in fault or who did what to who. The court must divide the community property equally between husband and wife.

Allegations of adultery are not remotely relevant to a divorce proceeding, and would have no effect on property divisions.
