Legal Question in Family Law in California

Adultery

I am the outside party in an pending divorce and have been threatened with legal action for adultery. Under which states law does the adultery ''charge'' lay, that were the divorce has been filed, that were I reside, that were any adulterous actions took place?

The members of the California legislature have a long history of adultery. For the sake of convenience, many years ago they passed a law making adultery legal in California. It is not a crime and you cannot be sued for it. if the other party threatens you again just laugh at them and tell them you�ll be having sex again tonight. Not a thing they can do about it.
