If I am seperted from my spouse who lives in California, for over 2 years and I live in Oregon, can I have a relationship and live with another woman?

YES, you can have a relationship and live with another woman. No crime is being committed. Just don't get married to wife # 2 until you are legally divorced from wife # 1.
