Legal Question in Family Law in California

i need some advice on custody case my ex- girl friend has left to Arizona with my son i serve with joint custody paper and in the paper say not to leave L.A count or Calif she has done both

You should act immediately, since you filed and served her with custody papers and she left the state. THe standard custody restraining orders requires that the parent not leave the state with the child. Therefore she is kidnapping the child and violating the restraining order. You should contact your local district attorney and report the kidnapping, tell them she was served property with the restraining order and she has still fled the state. The DA should decide on how it would be best to bring her back to the state, and possibly file criminal charges against her.
