Legal Question in Family Law in California

i would like some advise just a simple question i want to be able to see my daughter she is five yrs old my ex left and did not left any address were to find my daughter i want to find her and have family visits last i new she was living in a close town were i live

You need to make serious efforts to locate your child so that you are not accused of abandoning the child. If you believe the mother is kidnapping the child, then you should contact the police or district attorney to report a kidnapping. You should seriously make efforts to locate your child and reestablish contact with her, otherwise your parental rights may be lost or terminated.
