Unless she is actually pressing rape charges, your legal problems are pretty simple. You already have a positive test. If she refuses to sign a voluntary declaration of paternity with you, you go to court on a paternity petition. It's a pretty simple process. The Family Law Facilitator's office at the Los Angeles Superior Court can help you with the papers. Then you convince the court to give you the best visitation possible and start paying her child support. The rest of your problems aren't legal. Best of luck with them.
