Hello again,
Is it possible to file an exparte to gain temporary of my five year old daughter from a different county in a child custody case, I have a job and can't risk losing it?

Sure, you can file it by mail or using a delivery service, such as OneLegal.com. Eventually, however, you are going to have to show up in court, since an ex parte order, even if granted, will only be pending a full hearing.
