At what age can my child decide which parent she wants to live with.Mom has full custody but she wants to come live with me.

A child can never decide for herself until she is 18. The older she is, the more the Family Court Services and the judge will listen to her wishes, but unless you and your ex can agree to follow her wishes, her wishes are just one input into the court's decision as to what living arrangement is "in the best interests of the child."
