what age does a child have to be when i can legally stop paying child support?

18 AND no longer a full time high school student or equivalent, OR 19 regardless of school status. So, for example, my son turned 18 in March a few years ago, but I had to pay support until he graduated in June. If he had been born in September, I would have had to pay support until September, even though he had graduated in June.
