Under age daughter living with boyfriend
My daughter lives with her mother in
CA. I reside in WA. state. I pay child
support faithfully. I have discovered my
ex is allowing my 17 year old daughter's
boy friend who is 19 to live with them.
Do I have any legal recourse?

Your recourse is with local authorities. You might advise CPS in your ex wifes area of the situation and have them do an investigation. If they find that this is true, you might want to be prepared to provide a place for your daughter in Washington.
