Legal Question in Family Law in California

i am age 22..i have been on my own since 15...my father was ordered by the court to pay child support but stopped paying by the time i was 13..can i sue him for back child support??

No! The support is not owed to you, but to your mother or guardian. The right to sue belongs to her.
