Re: under age marrige between adult and minor with child involved with parental

Remember the song, "What's love got to do with it?" A 13 year old is not capable of giving consent to sexual relations. He had sexual relations with her which can be proven by DNA. It is now in the hands of the District Attorney and the judge to decide his fate. Taking care of the child is certainly a positive, but he has to overcome having sex with a 13 year old. Just hope the judge and the prosecutor don't have a 13 year old daughter. Everything will not be working out okay because the baby has a 14 year old for a Mother and a Father who is immature enough to have sex with a 13 year old. Good Luck (to the Baby), Pat McCrary
