If I agree to pay spousal support and my ex gets a job, does my support change?

Yes, it is one of the factors that is used in calculating guideline support.

It does not change automatically, however. You have to go into court and ask for a modification. It is also possible that the court did not reserve jurisdiction over support. In that case you cannot change it. You would have to check the order or judgment.
