Legal Question in Family Law in California

If i have agreement with my daughters father over visitation and custody signed and notarized is it considered legal?

It is "legal," but it is not enforceable until it is turned into a custody and visitation order.

You need to have a judge make an order. If the father is still in agreement, then he would have to appear in court and tell the judge so. Contact me directly.
