Legal Question in Family Law in California

not in agreement of divorce laws

If I because of religious beliefs do not want a divorce what step may I take to insure my belief will be heard by a court? Are there and court filing forms that need to be submitted.

California has no fault divorces. The other party can request a dissolution of the marriage. The evidence required is that irreconciable differences have arisen between the parties. The court then must grant the dissolution of marriage.
