If I need to have an "Agreement" turned into a court order/ judgment by way of motion, what Family Law Form do I use...........FL-343 Spousal, Partner, or Family Support Order Attachment with FL 340 Findings and Order after Hearing and FL 180 Judgment ?

There is no form. That is a motion that is written on pleading paper. Whether that motion is appropriate depends on a variety of factors, such as whether the agreement was made to settle pending litigation (including a family law case), whether it was signed by both parties, and what the status of the underlying case is.
