Alamony

When I was married I went on a vacation came back found my husband has recked my car, he said he will get me another, few month later he got divorced our verbal agreement was to pay me 35000$ as right now he has no money, he had left me with no car no money no home and bad credit, I have no support or even anything to start my life with even to get a job with no car is impossible, what rights do I have as far as alamony,we were married from 11/99 to 05/2007

You should file an OSC for spousal support. It's a good idea to get the order even though you may never get paid. Do it tomorrow. Don't wait any longer.
