can you please give any information on the term Alienation of Affection,when and by what law ferm

was it most reciently used.

It is a tort whereby someone causes someone who loves you to stop loving you. in some states you can sue for it. a typical example would be a wife suing the woman that stole her husband. California does not allow this type of lawsuit, however.
