alimony

i agreed to have alimony until my

daughter is 18. i now make less

money than at the signing and my

ex makes double. we were married

14 years, 4 months. should i have

recieved alimony for the rest of my

life?? can i re-file? do i need a

lawyer? are there documents i can fill

out?? we agreed to re visits the

financial aspect if our situation

changes, but he now refuses. he is re

married. thanks, irene

Re: alimony

It is hard to adjust your alimony amount once a divorce is finalized absent some type of misrepresentation to open up the judgment again.
