Legal Question in Family Law in California

Alimony

in 2006 my divorce was final. at this time my ex agreed to the courts/judge/attorney's that he will pay me my alimony as required.. now we have to go back to court because he has stopped paying me. stating he has no money. it is court ordered that he pay me ($600 a month) he is trying every which way to get out of this. even lieing on his income and expense declaration. we were married 23 yrs. at time of divorce. we are due back in court ''AGAIN'' next month. can he win on this? i'm so tired of going back to court. thank you

Re: Alimony

he could. did he lose his job? is he looking for another job? scrutinize his income and expense declaration. bring in a vocational expert of he claims he can't earn more money.
