alimony after divorce

My wife and I divorced after a 3 year marriage. She filed the divorce and stated waiver of alimony. Now she wants to get alimony. how does california law work with this?

she is about 3x richer then I am!

If the divorce is complete it should not be possible to get alimony after the fact, unless the judgment is set aside.
