You will need to obtain a judgment determining the amount that is currently owed. There are several ways to do this. One way is to bring a motion to determine arrears and for judgment on arrears. Once you have a judgment you can seize the obligor's wages, bank accounts, property, etc. You may also be able to seize his spouse's bank accounts and property.
