Alimony in Los Angeles, CA

In my divorce settlement, I was in titled to get alimony for the rest of my life. He disappearded . I have not received any alimony for 28 years to date. If I know his address now, can I sue him for past & future alimony now?

Yes you can collect all of the back alimony that he has not paid. That is, if he has any assets. If this is a California judgment you should immediately file an abstract of judgment.
