Alimony

If I marry a man or am domestic partners with a man who is paying alimony to his X, is my income taken into consideration when calculating how much more he may owe when his greedy X wants to sue him for more alimony money?

Barring unusual circumstances your income would be considered only for the purpose of determining a the amount of income taxes his pays and thus his ability to pay.
