Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex wants her alimony to be paid on a go card instead of her regular bank account because it's always over drawn. It it safe for me to pay her on a Walmart go card? The card has a routing number. I want there to be proof I have paid it.

As long as you have verifiable proof that she is receiving the support payments, you should be fine. The burden is upon you to demonstrate that you've made the payments.
