alimony not being paid

Can my x-husband hold my alimony?

Can he refuse to pay because he come up with things he says I owe him?

Can he over look the court order?

He has to follow the court order for the payment of spousal support. If he thinks that you owe him something he should file a motion with the court for a determination of what you owe and for the payment of that amount.

Your husband is obligated to follow the court order. If he fails to do so, you should file the appropriate papers with the court to enforce the order.

If your husband thinks you owe him money, he needs to file his own motion.
