Alimony

I have been paying alimony since 1991. Ex wife now in Nevada. I am still in Ca. I am no longer working . Ex wife working in Las Vegas. Do I still need to pay alimony. My monthly income is about half of my Air Force retirement at about $850. Alimony is about $725.monthly

You should talk to an attorney in the county where your judgment is filed and he can give you advice concerning whether to file for a modification of the spousal support. Do not file for the modification until you have talked to an attorney, it would be embarassing to have the judge increase the support and that does happen. Get some good advice.
