Legal Question in Family Law in California

Alimony Payments

My ex wife is now remarried and I need to find out what the steps are to get the alimony part of my automatic payroll deduction taken out. Can this be done by filing papers myself or do I need the help of a laywer. My ex is in full agreement and wants to help make this happen as well.

Re: Alimony Payments

Or you can do it the easy way. Have a Stipulation and Order preparedd terminating support, each of you have your signatures notarized and file the "stipulation" with the couort, whereupon the judge will then sign it making it an "order".
