How do I get my alimony raised?

1.Ex husband emptied our joint bank account, origanally my bank account of 14 years that I added him onto. Without my knowledge, he took money and opened a new account in a new bank. None of this money was reported during the divorce preceedings. With money from our account he was able to hire an expensive attorney, and I was left to represent myself.

2.The entire divorce was based on lies made up by ex husband and his attorney.

3.I felt forced into signing the divorce agreement because I was homless, hungry and afraid of threats being made by my ex-husband and his attorney.

4. Are these grounds to have the outcome of the divorce aggreement modified?

If your ex hid community assets, not only is that a basis to set aside the marriatal settlement agreement, it is also a basis for the court to award you the all of the hidden assets. However, there are strict time limits which apply. I would be happy to provide you with a free consultation.
