is alimony suspended because ex-husband quit job

I was ordered to receive alimoney until death or remarriage. My ex-husband quit his job recently. Is he still required to pay alimony?

The order for the payment of Alimony should include the statement until further order of court. Alimony continues to accrue until he obtains court order modifying spousal support. Your death or remarriage would by operation of law terminate spousal support.
