I have been paying alimony for the past 23 years I am retired now and the terms of the divorce stated that my retirement is mine and hers is hers. The question is am I still obligated to pay alimony. She was in her thirties when she started receiving alimony.

Re: alimony term

You are not entitled tov unilaterally stop paying the support. Obviously, I have not seen your judgment, but it is likely that you will nedd to file a motion with the court to terminate support.
