Re: alimony

A 15 year marriage is a long term marriage. Spousal support must be paid until the supported spouse is able to adequately support themselves. The court considers the style of living during the marriage. The sharing arrangement of the minor child is a factor that will be considered. Also why is it that he earns less than you? What is his ability to earn? A full review of the facts of you case will be required to determine what spousal support if any is to be paid and for how long.
