Legal Question in Family Law in California

amanstipation question

i need to know informantion on being amanstipated. for instance the time it takes to do so and the requirments of a 17 year old child to do so. i am sure that i have liable information for this but i woulod like to discuss it further more in a professional point of veiw. thankyou for your time. i look foward to your reply.

The forms are available on the internet. However, this is a major step and should be seriously considered. Once you are emancipated your parents will no longer be responsible for your support. Thus you must be able to convince the court that you are able to support yourself. Before taking this step you should attempt counseling for yourself and with your parents to attempt to work out the problems.
