amanstipation

Im 13 years old 6 mothes till im 14 and i want to get amanstipated but.... i would not be livin on my own i would be livin with my 17 year old friend and her mom and brothers or i would live with my friend from school and her family is that possiable or do i have to be 16 and my mom has hit me and my dad has neclected me in a way? is this possiable?
