Amend Complaint
Uncontested divorce-child turned 18 before dissolution was completed. Do I have to refile and pay again or is there some way of amending the original petition.

You shouldn't need to amend to delete the 18 year old, as the judge will see that the child is no longer subject to court jurisdiction. Simply proceed. The petition was correct when filed, no need to amend. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
