Dissolve the former marriage and get remarried.
Your husband may be able to dissolve the former marriage by entering a judgment non pro tunc. You should probably retain an attorney to determine whether or not he qualifies. If so, you will not have to get remarried if your husband can enter a judgment of dissolution non pro tunc before your date of marriage.

One more thing. You should probably retain your own separate counsel to protect your rights. There may be other financial issues here.
