annuity personal injury Struct. settlement Protection from attach.
I'm paralyzed from auto acc. 1978 product liability tort. Met girl 10 years later and married had2 girls. Seperate/Personal property already, right? Divorced 1995 50/50/custody. Sold a portion of my annuity payments to start business.[i no, stupid] failed lost everything. in 1999 she went back into court ask for $1200 CS full custody, got it cuz the girls and I were in LA and missed the date. I only had 866 in my annuity the go's to Stone St. Capital for annuity payments lump. So they put the $400 in the arrears that makes 1200 CS mo.I'm now $40,000 in arears and don't have any annuity, all go's to CS. So I'm going back in 1st week of Apr. Notice/motion,mod etc. I'm going in with federal statute 45 U.S.C. 231m along with SUPREMACY CLAUSE. pP.HISQUIERDO vs Hisqu. i want to petition 4 grant for federal review. Go back to Shasta County Ca. and win! I w/all CS i over paid cuz of error, its over $100,000.00 her to pay att.fees and if your good and help, i'll pay u a big bonus. What ya think?
