Legal Question in Family Law in California
annuling a divorce decree
I and my ex husband got a divorce that was final July 10th 2007 in CO, now he lives in CA. Now we want to reconcile and our question is if we agree can we annul our divorce or do we need to remarry again. During the time of the divorce I was diagnosed with severe depression and I believe it contributed largely to my decision as I was the party who filed for the divorce and it was none contested by my husband. Please advise. Thank you.

Re: annuling a divorce decree
I've never heard of anyone setting aside a divorce. Not sure that it's even possible in Colorado. Most people just remarry.
