Legal Question in Family Law in California

Annullment how hard is it to get

Married less than 2 months, I have been unfaithful the entire time, we have made no major purchases together, is an annulment possible even if she objects, she doesnt' know of my infidelity. The marriage was a mistake and I clearly never respected the vows. Divorce or annulment?

None of the facts in your question qualifies you for an nullity of marriage. Dissolution is the only option.

There are only certain factors that would qualify you for an annullment such as wedding was not legal, no consumation of marriage, etc. Based upon the facts provided you will probably have to file for a dissolution of marriage. I agree with both of the previous responses concerning a legal annulment. You may qualify for a church annulment (i.e., you're Catholic and want to remarry in the church), however, if a religious annulment is your concern. Contact your local parrish to find out the details.
