Legal Question in Family Law in California

Annullment: i am the respondent

My ex Wife and I filed for an annulment. We both figured this would be the fastest way. She has served me my paperwork, and the original idea was that i would default to make the annulment faster.

now my ex wife no longer wishes to continue the divorce process at all. I want to continue anullment, and go on with my life.

how can i continue the divorce proceeding if she no longer wishes to continue, but she is the petitioner?

Ps. I am still within my 30 days to file a response.

thank you in advance for all your assistance.

Do not make assumptions about the legal process. An entry of default is generally not in a defendant's interest. The best way to ensure that your rights are properly preserved is to retain counsel.
