Legal Question in Family Law in California

annulment

I have a client that was married in Reno NV. She has been married only 3 months. She resides in CA as does the gentleman she married. Can she file for the annulment here in CA or does it need to be done in the state they were married?

She has to file in the State where she resides, not where the marriage happened.
