Re: Annulment

Probably the court rejected the papers because it wants to hear testimony to insure an annulment is proper instead of a divorce. But it is hard to say unless I actually see the papers. If you are in San Bernardino, L.A,. or Riverside County, you can fax the documents to me and I will get back to you to tell you what I believe needs to be done. My fax number is (909) 494-7600.

Re: Annulment

Default judgment packages are frequently rejected by court clerks. There should be a rejection slip telling from the court telling what you need to do. Just follow those instructions, and be prepared for it to be rejected a couple of more times before the clerk finally accepts it. Call me at 818-240-0484 if you want to discuss it further.
